Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains what personal data TeraServer ([[RAZON SOCIAL]]), Argentina ("we", "us") handles when you visit tnspanel.com, buy a subscription or run TNS Panel with a license. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Account and order data: name, email address, billing country, subscription and invoice history.
  • Payment data: payments are processed by PayPal or MercadoPago. We never receive or store your card number; we receive confirmation of the payment and an identifier.
  • License checks: each licensed server contacts our licensing service about once a day. We process the server's public IP address as seen by our service, the license identifier, and technical details of the installation (operating system, version, resource sizes and whether it is part of a cluster). This is used to validate the license, detect shared licenses and keep the service working. It does not include the content of your websites, mail, databases or your customers' data.
  • Support: the messages and files you send us.
  • Server logs: our web servers keep standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

The TNS Panel software runs on your servers. We do not have access to them, and the licensing check does not send us your hosted content or your customers' personal data.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The customer area may use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in.

Why we use data and legal basis

To provide and bill the service (contract), to secure it and prevent fraud or piracy (legitimate interest), to comply with tax and legal obligations, and to answer your requests.

Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to operate the service (payment processors, email delivery, hosting) and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

We are based in Argentina and our providers may be located in other countries. We rely on contractual protections where required.

Retention

We keep account and billing records as long as required by tax law, and license-check records for as long as the license is active plus a limited period afterwards.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to legal retention duties. Write to [email protected]. In Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the authority that receives complaints under Law 25.326.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and separation between our public website and the licensing systems.

Changes

We will post changes on this page with a new date.
