Refund Policy

No refunds

All payments for TNS Panel licenses, Multinode licenses and Premium Support are final. We do not offer refunds, including for partial or unused periods.

Cancel any time

You can cancel a subscription whenever you want from your account. The license stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then it does not renew. You will not be charged again.

Try before you buy

The Free edition is a complete installation. Please evaluate it on a test server before purchasing a paid plan.

Billing errors

If you were charged by mistake (for example a duplicate payment), write to [email protected] and we will correct it.

Payment processors (PayPal, MercadoPago) may have their own dispute procedures. Please contact us first.
