Terms of Service

1. Parties and acceptance
These terms are between you ("Customer") and TeraServer, [[RAZON SOCIAL]], Argentina ("TeraServer"), the provider of TNS Panel. By downloading, installing or using TNS Panel, or buying a subscription, you accept these terms. Legal contact: [email protected].
2. Software license
TeraServer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TNS Panel on servers you control, for your own hosting business or internal use, under the edition you hold (Free, License, Multinode). You may not: copy or redistribute the software or its update packages; remove or bypass license checks; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; sublicense it; or use one license on more servers than it covers. Each node requires its own license, and a Multinode license belongs to the network: it is loaded on the master node and enables every node of that network to run as a cluster; every connected node also needs its own regular license.
The Free edition may be used without charge and may change or be withdrawn with reasonable notice. Third-party components included or installed by TNS Panel remain under their own licenses.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in US dollars at the price shown when you purchase. Payment is by PayPal, or international card through MercadoPago. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. We may change prices for future periods with prior notice.
4. Cancellation and no refunds
You may cancel at any time. After cancellation the license remains active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew. All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial periods. See the Refund Policy. The Free edition is available to evaluate the product before buying.
5. License lapse
If a license expires, is cancelled or cannot be validated, paid features turn off after the grace period built into the software. Websites, mail and DNS already running continue to be served. You are responsible for your own data and backups.
6. Support
Free and License editions include best-effort email support. Premium Support (USD 20 per month) adds tickets and installation assistance, as described on the pricing page.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the servers where you install the software, for the content hosted on them, for your customers, for backups and for compliance with the law. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Data
TeraServer processes data as described in the Privacy Policy. TeraServer does not access the content hosted on your servers.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The software is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeraServer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of vulnerabilities.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeraServer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, revenue or business, or downtime, arising from use of the software or service. TeraServer's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate a license for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or for illegal use, with notice where practicable. You may stop using the software at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after the date of change means acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email or on this site.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of Argentina, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
