What it is

Roundcube is served at https://webmail.<domain> from a shared installation under its own system user. No panel account is needed.

What it is for

Letting the employees of a customer read mail from a browser.

Limits

It only works over HTTPS. Roundcube is the only webmail engine offered. Admins can open a mailbox for support without the password, and each opening is audited.
