What it is

Two pieces that share one tool catalog. The assistant lives inside the panel: it explains errors and automates migrations using an AI provider you choose. Gemini (free or paid), OpenAI and Anthropic are supported, and so is any OpenAI-compatible endpoint such as Ollama or LM Studio. A local endpoint is free and sends nothing outside your server. The MCP server is the same catalog exposed at https://your-node:2087/api/mcp, so any AI that speaks MCP in VS Code (Claude Code, Copilot and others) can connect with an API token and be asked for things like "migrate this server".

What it is for

Migrations and troubleshooting. Install the panel on a clean server, hand your AI the old one, and let it drive the inventory, the import and the check before the DNS cut. Provider keys belong to the admin, are stored encrypted and are never written to a log.

Limits

The assistant can read everything it asks for, including logs and customer data, and that data goes to the provider you picked. The MCP server runs everything the token allows, with no confirmation prompt, so use a token with an expiry and revoke it when you finish. Operations that need a person at the keyboard, such as passwords and second factors, stay closed to tokens. Every action is written to the audit log under the token's name.
