What it is

Migration is server to server: install on a clean node and import while the old panel keeps serving. It works over SSH, from a backup file or from a single account with no server access. A read-only inventory comes first, and verification checks sites, databases and mail before you change DNS.

What it is for

Leaving an unmaintained or expensive panel without downtime and with a way back.

Limits

The SSH host fingerprint is always checked. Over SSH no password hashes are copied; they only travel in backup files. Before creating a mail domain the panel asks the real DNS where its MX is and does not create local mailboxes if mail lives elsewhere. Debian, Ubuntu and Windows are not supported.
