What it is
Each client runs its own PHP-FPM master per PHP version, under its own user, so opcache is never shared between customers. The Free tier runs one version of your choice, switchable at any time. A License allows several versions at once, picked per site.
What it is for
Running old and new applications on the same node, and moving a single site to a newer PHP without touching the others.
Limits
Extra versions come from the provider's package repository, which the installer leaves disabled; enabling it is an admin action and needs a License. If a version a site uses is uninstalled, its sites move to the nearest lower installed version (or the nearest higher if none is lower) and return when it is reinstalled. If the License expires the node consolidates to a single version.
